This high-performance poultry scalder is designed to simplify the processing of chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, quail, and other game birds. Built with a 120L stainless steel tank, it accommodates up to 20kg of poultry per batch, making it ideal for small to medium-scale poultry processing.
The unit features an adjustable thermostat that maintains water temperatures between 60°C and 100°C, allowing precise control for both scalding and shrink bagging. For best results, scald chickens at 63–65°C and shrink bag at around 85°C.
