A-Z Manufacturing Ltd

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the A-Z Manufacturing Ltd website and to all purchases of machines, spare parts, tools, Smart Uhira systems, maintenance services and A-Z Academy training from A-Z Manufacturing Ltd ("A-Z", "we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

A-Z Manufacturing Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda, located in Karongi District, Western Province. We are a RICA-approved manufacturer, importer and service provider of agricultural machinery.

2. Products and Information

• We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Photos are for illustration, and minor differences in colour, finish or design may occur, especially for machines built to order.
• Technical data (capacity, motor power, speed) are nominal values. Actual performance depends on the raw material, its moisture, operator skill and power supply.
• We may improve product designs and specifications without prior notice, provided the performance and function are not reduced.

3. Prices

• Prices are shown in Rwandan Francs (RWF). Prices marked "from" are starting prices; the final price depends on size, capacity or site conditions and is confirmed in a written quotation.
• Unless stated otherwise, delivery, installation outside our standard service and any applicable taxes are confirmed separately in your quotation or order confirmation.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed for your order will not change after we accept it.

4. Orders

• You can order through our website, WhatsApp (0787 198 994), email ([email protected]) or at our workshop.
• A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (WhatsApp message, email or invoice) and receive the agreed payment or deposit.
• We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or information is incorrect. If we decline after receiving payment, we refund the amount paid.
• For custom-made machines, we may ask for a deposit before production starts. The deposit amount is stated in your quotation.

5. Payment

• Accepted payment methods: MTN MoMo Pay (dial *182*8*1*090780#) and bank transfer to I&M Bank account 20067514001. Both are registered in the name A-Z MANUFACTURING Ltd.
• Never pay to any other name or number. A-Z is not responsible for payments made to accounts other than those stated here.
• Ownership of goods passes to you only when full payment has been received.

6. Delivery and Installation

• We deliver across Rwanda and to neighbouring countries. Delivery costs and dates are confirmed with your order. You may also collect your order free of charge from our Karongi workshop.
• Delivery dates are estimates. We will inform you promptly of any delay, but we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Please make sure the site is accessible and ready for installation, including the correct power supply (single-phase or three-phase), water source or foundation where needed.
• Please inspect the goods on delivery and report any visible damage or missing items immediately, as described in our Return Policy.

7. Warranty

• Our machines are covered by the warranty stated in your quotation, invoice or warranty document.
• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover normal wear parts (such as blades, hammers, screens, belts and bearings), damage caused by misuse, overloading, wrong power supply, lack of maintenance, accidents, or repairs or modifications made by anyone other than A-Z or its authorised technicians.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us with your invoice number, a description of the problem, and photos or video.

8. Safe Use

Machines must be operated by trained adults, following the instructions and training we provide. Always keep safety guards in place, switch off and disconnect power before cleaning or maintenance, and keep children away from machines. A-Z is not responsible for injury or damage caused by unsafe use, removal of safety guards or failure to follow instructions.

9. Maintenance Services and A-Z SmartCare

Maintenance services start from RWF 20,000 per service, and transport is negotiated by location. Contract maintenance is governed by the specific agreement signed with the client. A-Z SmartCare digital services are provided according to the plan you subscribe to.

10. Smart Uhira

Smart Uhira supports irrigation decisions using sensor data and automation. Results depend on correct installation, water availability, weather, crop management and sensor maintenance. The farmer remains responsible for overall farm management.

11. A-Z Academy

A-Z Academy training fees are RWF 80,000 per month, payable in advance unless agreed otherwise. Trainees must follow workshop safety rules and instructions at all times, and must use the personal protective equipment required. A-Z may suspend a trainee who repeatedly breaks safety rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, A-Z is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, production or crops. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the price paid for that product or service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Rwandan law.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photos, videos, logos, product names such as URUGERO, ORORA NEZA, NUTRICORNER and Smart Uhira, and machine designs) belongs to A-Z Manufacturing Ltd or is used with permission. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

14. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law No. 058/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be referred to the competent courts of Rwanda.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
