A-Z Academy Partners with RP Karongi College to Train the Next Generation of Technicians
A-Z Manufacturing has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RP Karongi College, strengthening the link between classroom learning and real industrial work. Through A-Z Academy, students gain practical experience in fabrication, machining, welding, assembly and machine maintenance inside a working factory.
Since 2021, A-Z Academy has trained over 68 students, including interns placed through RTB (Rwanda TVET Board). Trainees work alongside our engineers on real customer machines – the same flour mills, chaff cutters and processing equipment used by farmers across Rwanda.
