A-Z Academy is the training arm of A-Z Manufacturing Ltd. Instead of learning only in a classroom, our students learn inside a working factory in Karongi, on the same machines and projects we build for customers. More than 68 students have been trained so far.

What students learn

• Welding: joint preparation, arc welding and safe practice
• Metal fabrication: measuring, cutting, drilling, fitting and assembly
• Machine operation: safe use of workshop and agro-processing machines
• Machine maintenance: lubrication, bearings, belts, troubleshooting and repair
• Workshop safety: personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe working habits

Interns from RP: Advanced Diploma, 2026

In 2026 we welcomed advanced diploma interns from RP, who are gaining real industry experience in fabrication, assembly and maintenance, alongside our production team.

Why hands-on training matters

Rwanda's growing manufacturing sector needs technicians who can do the work, not only describe it. Training on real production jobs builds skills, confidence and employability, and many trainees go on to find jobs or start their own workshops.
